My classes offer a wide range of asanas, strengthening and conditioning, breathing exercises, and of course, room to explore and have fun. I generally start with a gentle warmup, build up to a one-breath-per-movement sequence, and close with a restorative cool down and shavasana adjustment. I'm an active and hands-on teacher who enjoys assisting students with both alignment and expression.
After completing my 200 RYT from South Boston Yoga in 2014, I began teaching at various studios in the Boston area including Blue Lotus Healing Arts and the Reebok Crossfit One gym. In 2018 I moved to Central America to teach at Rancho Margot, a sustainable and self-sufficient eco-lodge in Costa Rica, and Island Expeditions, an adventure basecamp off coast of Belize. Most recently, I've brought my teaching practice to B|e. Yoga and Brooklyn Boulders in Somerville and Evolve Power Yoga in South Boston.
